Liability - We have no way of verifying the condition of the products placed in these ads.  We are not responsible for content or merchandise in these ads.  Like any other type of shopping, be careful and if you don't feel comfortable with the person or product, don't buy.  If you suspect fraudulent activity on this site, please report it to abuse@hotpikz.com

 What is not Allowed - Adult or Porn Material, Spamming, Misleading Information, Get Rich Quick Schemes, Pyramid Schemes, Illegal Merchandise or Activity, inappropriate language.  This list will grow as our ads grow.  Check back here to view updates.

Placing Ads - Place as many ads as you like.  Find the category that best fits your item and click on Submit Ad.  If you're not registered, you will be asked to do so.  Be honest and descriptive in your ad for best results. Once you submit your ad, it will be placed on-line pending approval.  You will usually be notified by e-mail within 24 hours on the approval of your ad.  Once your ad is on-line, it will remain for 30 days.  Please delete your ad if you sell your item before the 30 days is up.
